As a non-drinker, I have often lamented the lack of sophisticated non-alcoholic beverage pairings. One of the few in (now a distant) memory has been from the late Charlie Trotter’s in Chicago. However, I was extremely pleased to have had the opportunity to sample the Jörg Geiger Sommerbirne as one of several non-alcoholic beverages during my visit to the French Laundry this past month. I was so impressed, I took a photo of the bottle. A subsequent internet search in search of the cider eventually led me to your site. Bravo to your work and I wish you the best in your endeavors!

We also had our first taste of Delmosa beverages at the French Laundry. We were absolutely blown away by the variety and how marvelously they paired with exceptional food!
