As a Delmosa customer, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we will work with you to rectify a problem.
Money Back Guarantee
If you are not happy with our products, you may return any unused and unopened bottles within 14 calendar days of delivery, and we will issue a refund (minus shipping costs). If you wish to return any items, please contact our Customer Service team first to arrange the return.
Breakages or Incorrect Items
Our priority is to deliver your order to you quickly and as safely as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that every shipment will survive the journey intact 100% of the time. If you received a damaged or incorrect item in your order, we will replace the product or refund the purchase, whichever is most practical. Please contact our Customer Service team immediately to report damaged or incorrect products.
Returns or Exchanges
We apologize, but we cannot cancel or modify an order after it has been submitted for payment.
- To return a product, please contact Customer Service team for instructions. We will recommend that you use the original packing material, when possible.
- For your protection, we recommend sending the return/exchange with an insured, trackable carrier. Once we receive your returned item, we'll send you a confirmation via e-mail.
- We will credit the same credit card used when placing the original order, within 1 to 5 business days after we receive the returned item at our warehouse.
- Unless the return/exchange is due to an error on our part, we cannot refund shipping charges.
