As a Delmosa customer, we want you to feel secure in knowing that your privacy is our top priority. Billing, payment and order information, website security, and communication with Delmosa is strictly confidential.

With an account on Delmosa, you can view the status on an active order, information on past orders, and view items in your wishlist.

When logged into your customer account, you can edit, add, or delete you contact information by clicking “View Addresses”.

Delmosa accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via our secure online ordering system.

Delmosa is run on a Shopify store. Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This means that this store satisfies all major credit card company’s security requirements.

When you enter your credit card information, you have the option to store some of your credit card information in your account through Shopify’s Shop Pay service. This convenience will allow you not to re-enter your credit card information every time you make a purchase.

However, it is important to note that Delmosa does not store the full credit card number or CVV.

When placing an order, you will receive an email receipt of the order placed and when it ships. In your account you will also be able to view the status of any active order and a log of all past orders.

We know no one likes to be billed inaccurately and we make every effort to ensure you are billed correctly. If you feel there is a billing error or discrepancy, please contact our Customer Service team immediately so we can rectify the problem.
